Can one submission include several partner names on the COAs?
Yes. For a non-community submission, open Additional names on the certificates and add as many certificate recipients as you need; there is no limit. A recipient may be a company or a person. Enter the name exactly as it must print and a valid certificate-access email; the website is optional.
Does every partner receive every certificate?
No. Each recipient can receive All current samples, including their future releases and revisions, or a separate Selected set. Samples added to the order later need a new paid attribution. Selected samples can overlap between recipients. Samples still being tested become available after release; an empty Selected set is refused. Adding a certificate recipient does not grant access to the paying company’s other orders or organization membership.
Can I reuse a partner on later submissions?
Yes. You can pick a saved partner during submission. Each partner is linked to a person or company account, or a pending invitation, and saved to the parent company’s roster. Sharing can begin while the invitation is pending. The recipient accepts the invitation with a verified account to claim portal access; a personal partner does not need a company.
What does adding partner names cost?
Your own certificates are included. Partner certificates cost $7.00 for each partner/sample pairing, on every submission and later addition. There is no limit on how many partners you may add. The quote shows the exact selected pairings and total before submission.
Can a partner name be added after the certificates are released?
Yes. Open the order and choose Add partners to finished COAs. Each new partner/sample pairing costs $7. Choose All current samples, including their future releases and revisions, or a separate selected set for each partner. Existing granted pairings are not charged again, and later-added samples require a new quote. Shared certificates reuse their original vial photographs, so the customer must acknowledge that sharing. Eligible end-of-month accounts use the current open billing month, or the next open month if it is closed; the quote displays that month. Other accounts pay by card. Circle membership alone does not establish credit eligibility. New additions issue automatically after consent and verified payment or credit eligibility, with no staff approval. Use Resume payment after an interrupted checkout. The order shows completed and blocked editions separately; failed issuance is retried without another fee. Historical requests still awaiting staff review retain that process. Corrections to an existing certificate remain a separate request.
Can support change or correct a partner name after release?
That one is not self-serve. A name already printed on a released certificate cannot be edited in the portal, because the document is sealed: a correction is an amendment or a controlled reissue, not a form field. Names and deliverable emails should be confirmed before release. Support must log a ticket for any correction request; staff determines whether an amendment or other controlled action is appropriate. Adding a NEW name after release is the separate self-serve path above, and should not be routed to a ticket.
